Relaxed atmosphere, the cocktails are good and original
We came across the Saint-Germain evening by chance. The menu was therefore unique and based on this alcohol. One of the people in the group wanted wine which we refused, we understand, we don't overflow and we order cocktails from the menu. However, we noticed at checkout that other people had been able to get red. Curious. It was a bit too much after an excessively slow service. It's a shame, I had only heard good things but this experience did not live up to my expectations.

Very nice discovery, very nice place for an evening with friends. Varied and original cocktails
The cocktails and rillettes were very good. The waiter was really very pleasant, attentive and gave good advice (a shame that one of the bartenders spoke to him very curtly in front of us, it wasn't really appropriate).

At Sauvage you will have a wide choice of signature cocktails; the menu is revised according to the seasons and the space is very well decorated / very warm.
I wouldn't give 5 stars because the service is sometimes a bit long even without a lot of people; but it is true that the wait is worth it for the quality of the drinks.
